Accuride Corporation recently revealed that Kent Jones will take the helm as its new Chief Executive Officer and join the Board of Directors. With a robust career spanning over three decades in the commercial vehicle and automotive sectors, Jones is set to begin his tenure at the company’s headquarters in Livonia, Michigan, on June 9, 2025.

Before stepping into this role, Jones held the position of President – Americas at SAF-Holland Inc., a leading global provider of components for heavy-duty vehicles. There, he turned the region’s operations into a profitable powerhouse by prioritizing agility and accountability while fostering employee excellence. His knack for building strong customer and supplier relationships fueled significant growth and added value for stakeholders. Jones also held senior roles at ZF Group, Remy International, and Delco Remy, cementing his reputation as a seasoned industry leader.
Accuride’s Chairman of the Board, Fred Bentley, expressed enthusiasm about the appointment. “We are thrilled to welcome Kent to Accuride. Meanwhile, Geoff Bruce will return as President of Accuride Wheels, and Robin Kendrick will step down from the board on June 9, 2025. Kendrick, CEO since 2019, guided Accuride through a successful restructuring finalized on March 7, 2025. Bentley praised Kendrick’s dedication, saying, “We thank Robin for his invaluable contributions and wish him well.”
