Brakes India is exhibiting a 22.5-inch lightweight monobloc Twin Piston Air Disc Brake for truck, tractor, trailer, dump truck and bus applications at IAA Transportation 2026 in Hannover this week, alongside air brake compressors and an electronic stability control (ESC) system. The company says the caliper’s monobloc construction combines performance, durability and compliance with global standards, and that the air disc brake sits within a heavy-vehicle range that also includes complete pneumatic braking systems for light and heavy commercial vehicles. The display anchors a wider TSF Group stand (Hall 24, Stand B02), where sister companies Wheels India, Axles India and Turbo Energy are showing wheels, axle beams and turbochargers for commercial and off-highway markets.

What Is Brakes India Showing at IAA 2026?
The centerpiece is the Twin Piston Air Disc Brake, which Brakes India positions as a step toward integrated braking and vehicle control technologies for global commercial vehicle markets. The company describes the caliper as pairing a robust monobloc design with performance, durability and global-standards compliance across truck, tractor, trailer, dump truck and bus platforms.
The air brake compressors and ESC systems on display extend the company’s reach into other critical vehicle systems, according to Brakes India, with applications spanning trucks, tractors, dump trucks and buses. ESC is a product line Brakes India has been building through its joint venture with ADVICS, which named the technology as its first development priority.

Wheels, Axles and Turbochargers From the TSF Group
The TSF Group, which traces its lineage to the erstwhile TVS Group, describes itself as a Tier-1 supplier to global OEMs for more than 60 years. Its Hannover stand expands on the group’s IAA 2024 display, which centered on a single-piston version of the 22.5-inch caliper.
Wheels India is exhibiting a higher-load forged wheel, a larger-size forged wheel and a single-piece steel wheel for the commercial vehicle segment, targeting electric bus, trailer and truck applications.

Axles India opened the show with its Cast Axle Beams for deep-mining and heavy-construction vehicles. The company says the high-strength beams are produced through advanced casting processes and precision machining for durability, load-bearing capability and fatigue life in off-highway service.

Turbo Energy is showing its latest turbochargers and an e-compressor, engineered at its R&D center in Chennai with support from BorgWarner Turbo Systems in Germany.
