ZF Aftermarket is set to highlight its commitment to sustainability and innovation at the 2024 AAPEX and SEMA shows. With a focus on remanufactured products and new brake offerings, ZF will showcase how it supports the full product life cycle of both combustion and electric vehicles. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about ZF’s comprehensive solutions, aimed at maximizing vehicle uptime, reducing environmental impact, and enhancing vehicle safety.

Key Highlights:

  • New TRW brake hoses debuting, expanding ZF’s extensive brake component lineup.
  • Sustainable remanufacturing: Reducing costs and carbon impact by reusing up to 90% of materials.
  • Expanded portfolio: Over 320 new OE-quality aftermarket parts added in 2024.
  • Presence at AAPEX Booth #5057 and SEMA Space #81495.

ZF Aftermarket is presenting a wide portfolio of high-quality components that aim to boost the reliability of both conventional and modern vehicles. This year’s focus is on new product launches, including the introduction of over 500 TRW brake hose part numbers in the United States and Canada. These brake hoses are manufactured to meet TRW’s OE specifications, offering superior pedal feel and improved stopping times, making them suitable for vehicles with advanced ABS and ESC systems.

TRW Brake Hose

Sustainability remains a key pillar of ZF’s business approach, emphasized through remanufactured products such as TRW steering gears, WABCO air compressors, and electronic control units (ECUs). By remanufacturing, ZF extends product lifecycles, reusing up to 90% of materials, and reducing environmental impact while also minimizing costs for customers. Jeff Stukenborg, Head of Reman Engineering for ZF Aftermarket North America, highlighted that remanufactured products deliver similar performance and warranties to new products at a third of the cost.

ZF’s expanding product portfolio now includes an additional 320 parts, increasing vehicle coverage for North America. The SEMA booth will also feature TRW products, one of the world’s leading brands in brakes, suspension, and steering systems, aimed at supporting both car care professionals and vehicle enthusiasts.

Visitors at the Venetian Expo Center, Booth #5057 for AAPEX and SEMA Space #81495, will get a firsthand look at ZF’s technological expertise and the latest in brake innovation.
