Delphi Adds 191 New Aftermarket Parts, Including BMW EV Brake Pads

Delphi has added 191 new aftermarket parts including 55 braking references, with EV brake pad set LP5112EV covering nine BMW electrified models from 2018–2023.

Delphi has expanded its aftermarket catalog with 191 new part references, with braking and steering and suspension accounting for the largest share of additions across BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Volkswagen Group platforms. The release covers 55 new braking parts, 100 in steering and suspension, 35 in engine management, and one in fuel management. New-to-range references are listed on the Delphi online catalogue. Delphi, owned by BorgWarner, is positioning the additions toward European workshops servicing premium and electrified vehicle parcs.

Highlights

  • 191 total new references spanning four product groups, with steering and suspension contributing 100 parts — the largest single category in the release
  • EV-specific brake pad axle set LP5112EV added for nine BMW electrified models including the iX1 eDrive 20, iX2 xDrive 30, and X1 sDrive 20d, covering 2018/10–2023/03 production
  • Coated brake disc BG9530C added for the Mercedes-Benz GLE and GLS lines, including AMG 63 variants
  • Track Control Arms TC9326 and TC9327 cover Lexus and Toyota platforms including the RAV4, Auris, and Avensis from 2005/11 to 2018/10

Braking additions emphasize premium European platforms

The braking category contributes 55 of the 191 new references. Delphi’s product team has highlighted part number BG9530C, a single coated brake disc fitted to Mercedes-Benz GLE300 through GLE63 AMG and GLS350 through GLS63 AMG variants. The release positions the disc against premium-tier OEM replacements, an aftermarket segment Delphi has targeted with coated disc programs since at least 2019, citing salt-spray corrosion resistance well above painted alternatives.

The EV-specific addition is reference LP5112EV, a brake pad axle set for nine electrified BMW models. Coverage spans the 216, 223 xDrive, and 228 xDrive Gran Coupe variants alongside the iX1 eDrive 20, iX1 xDrive 30, iX2 eDrive 20, iX2 xDrive 30, X1 sDrive 20d, and X2 sDrive 20d, all built between October 2018 and March 2023. The LP5112EV continues a Delphi pad strategy that began with Ford Mustang Mach-E rear pads in 2023 and is engineered around the lower-engagement, higher-corrosion-risk duty cycle typical of regenerative-braking platforms.

Steering, suspension, and powertrain references

Steering and suspension delivers the largest single category at 100 new parts. References TC9326 and TC9327 — track control arms with ball joint — fit Lexus HS 250h and a range of Toyota platforms including Auris, Avensis, Avensis Estate, Wagon, and RAV4 from 2005/11 through 2018/10. References TL2110 and TL2111 add a suspension ball joint covering Audi, SEAT, Skoda, and Volkswagen platforms across the A3, Q2, Q3, Ateca, Karoq, Kodiaq, Octavia, Golf, Passat, and Tiguan ranges, among others.

Engine management adds 35 references. EGR Valve EG10563-12B1 covers Volvo S60, S90, V40, V60, V90, XC40, XC60, and XC90 models from 2014/05 to 2022/12. Exhaust Gas Sensor ES21724-12B1 fits Ford Focus and Focus Estate variants from 2018/01 to 2025/11.

The single fuel management addition, FG2320-12B1, is a fuel pump module assembly fitting Mercedes-Benz C-Class, E-Class, and GLK platforms manufactured between 2007/01 and 2016/12.

Context: pace of 2026 releases

The 191-part announcement is Delphi’s largest single range expansion of 2026 to date, exceeding both the 85-part February release and the 111-part update earlier in the year. Across all of 2025, Delphi added more than 1,200 aftermarket parts including over 380 braking references. The current release, weighted toward steering and suspension rather than braking, reflects Delphi’s stated push to broaden its non-braking aftermarket coverage on the same vehicle parc its braking program already serves.

All new-to-range parts are listed on Delphi’s online catalog with cross-references and technical documentation. Pricing was not disclosed.
