David Pozorski, President and CEO of Scan Pac Mfg., framed the acquisition as a strategic fit. “This acquisition marks an important milestone for our company,” Pozorski said. “The team at Great Lakes Friction Products brings exceptional expertise, strong customer relationships, and innovative solutions that align perfectly with our long-term strategy. Together, we are positioned to deliver even greater value to our customers and stakeholders. It is an honor to continue the legacy created by both Skip Scandrett and Chris Butzen.”

Christopher Butzen, President of Great Lakes Friction Products, pointed to the company’s service history. “David Butzen, our dedicated employees and I have had the privilege to serve our customers for nearly 39 years and are confident that Scan Pac will continue our legacy of service and quality to our loyal customers,” Butzen said.
