Knorr-Bremse Systeme für Nutzfahrzeuge GmbH and Dutch company WAGH B.V. (WESP-Group) have established WESP CV, a joint venture focused on developing digital services for the commercial vehicle aftermarket. The Germany-based venture will specialize in data-driven benchmarking tools designed to improve workshop operational efficiency.
Knorr-Bremse holds a 51% majority stake in the new entity, with WAGH B.V. retaining the remaining 49%.
