Delphi has expanded its aftermarket portfolio with 85 new part references across four product categories to start 2026. The expansion spans braking, steering and suspension, engine management, and fuel management lines, with coverage targeting popular European and electric vehicle platforms from manufacturers including Porsche, Tesla, BMW, Hyundai, Kia, and Ford.

- Delphi adds 33 new braking references, including a coated brake disc for Porsche sports cars and brake pad sets for Tesla Model 3 and Model Y.

Braking Expansion Targets Porsche and Tesla Platforms
The braking category leads the update with 33 new references. A key addition is part number BG3564C, a coated brake disc (double) designed to fit premium Porsche models:

- 911, 911 GT2, 911 GT3, 911 Speedster, 911 Turbo

Delphi also introduced brake pad axle sets LP4010 (front) and LP4011 (rear) for the Tesla Model 3 and Model Y, covering vehicles from 2017/01 onward.
Steering, Suspension, and Drivetrain Additions
The steering and suspension range adds 24 new references. Notable additions include:
- TC9326 and TC9327: Track control arms with ball joint (front) for the Hyundai Tucson and Kia Sportage, 2020/11 onward.
- TC9222: Suspension ball joint covering Tesla Model S variants including the Model S 60, 60D, 70, 70D, 90, 90D, 100D, P85, and P100D, 2012/09–2016/02.
Engine and Fuel Management Updates
The engine management group gains 24 new parts, including ignition coil GN11161-12B1. This reference covers a wide range of Ford applications:
- C-Max, Fiesta, Fiesta Van, Focus, Focus Estate, Wagon, Puma
- Tourneo Connect, Tourneo Courier, Transit Connect, Transit Courier
- Coverage period: 2012/10–2022/12
A new ABS sensor, reference SS21479-12B1, fits multiple BMW 3 Series variants including the 316d, 318i, 320d, 320e, 320e xDrive, 320i, and 320i xDrive (both sedan and Touring), 2019/03–2022/06.
The fuel management category adds four references, highlighted by FG2320-12B1, a fuel pump module assembly for the BMW X5 xDrive 40e, 2015/08–2018/07.
