Bremskerl CV Adds 13 Air Disc Brake Rotors

Bremskerl CV has added 13 new air disc brake rotor references, four with Geomet-coated finishes, expanding OE-matched coverage for linehaul, vocational, and trailer fleets.

Bremskerl CV has added 13 new air disc brake rotor references, expanding OE-matched coverage for North American commercial vehicle fleets. The new SKUs target popular OE air disc brake systems used in linehaul, vocational, and trailer applications, according to the company. Four of the 13 references — R004, R015, R018, and R024 — include Geomet-coated finishes for added corrosion protection. The company said the additions extend the reach of its air disc brake rotor lineup to more OE brake system references across the medium- and heavy-duty segments.

Highlights

  • 13 new Bremskerl rotor references (R003–R024) are now available, each cross-referencing OE part numbers from other manufacturers.
  • Four references — R004, R015, R018, and R024 — feature Geomet-coated finishes for enhanced corrosion protection.
  • R020 alone cross-references six OE part numbers, spanning ZF, Knorr, and Bendix systems.
  • Rotors are engineered to meet OE specifications for fit, heat dissipation, and consistent braking performance in linehaul, vocational, and trailer applications.

Expanding OE-Matched Coverage

Bremskerl CV said the new rotor references are designed for durability, optimal heat dissipation, and consistent braking performance in real-world fleet operations. Each reference is built to align with OE specifications, supporting fit, longer service life, and fewer maintenance interruptions, according to the company.

“At Bremskerl CV, we believe in doing one thing and doing it exceptionally well—brakes. Expanding our air disc brake rotor offering is another step in delivering the coverage, quality, and support our customers rely on every day,” said Michael Konrad, President of Bremskerl CV.

The expansion follows Bremskerl CV’s update to its air disc brake pad lineup earlier this year, continuing the company’s push to broaden its commercial vehicle friction and rotor coverage.

Geomet-coated rotors provide enhanced corrosion protection, which the company says helps extend service life.

The new references join Bremskerl CV’s broader rotor and pad catalog for air disc brake systems, adding to recent aftermarket rotor activity such as Automann’s addition of Webb Wheel disc brake calipers, pads, and rotors to its own catalog.
