ZF Aftermarket has appointed Ricardo Santarosa as Head of Commercial Vehicle (CV) Aftermarket for North America. In this role, Santarosa assumes responsibility for the end-to-end regional business line strategy, overseeing full lifecycle support through ZF’s CV product portfolio and service network.

Santarosa’s most recent position was Key Account Manager for ZF’s commercial vehicle business in the Americas. In that capacity, he managed complex OEM accounts and cross-regional strategies while leading new product launches.

His career includes prior roles in application engineering, project management, and sales within the commercial vehicle sector.

Education

Santarosa holds an MBA in business strategy and economics from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in production engineering from Universidade Metodista de Piracicaba (UNIMEP).
