Wilwood’s new brake kits are designed to enhance the braking performance of the Polaris RZR Turbo and Pro R UTV models. The front and rear multi-piston calipers incorporate Wilwood’s Lug-Drive technology, which dynamically mounts steel rotors to lightweight aluminum hats, effectively reducing piston knockback. These kits are compatible with most 15-inch or larger wheels.
The calipers are crafted from stress-flow forged aluminum, providing superior strength and reducing deflection during extreme use. This results in better pedal feel, increased brake torque, and longer pad life. The stainless steel pistons are equipped with high-temperature seals, protecting the brake fluid from heat and dirt.
The large 11.25-inch (285mm) steel rotors offer improved thermal capacity and come with a black E-coat. They are available in both plain face and drilled options. The calipers are available in a glossy red or black powder coat, with 24 additional color options for a personalized touch. The kits come standard with Wilwood’s high-performance BP-10 SmartPads, while the race-spec kits include BP-28 pads and calipers finished in Type III hard anodize.
MSRP for these advanced brake kits starts at $1,499.97.
