New Market Segments
To better serve its diverse customer base, the company has restructured one of its primary divisions. The former Off-Highway, Industrial, Municipal, & Other segment is now split into two distinct groups: the Off-Highway segment and the Consumer, Industrial & Government segment. This strategic division allows for more specialized focus and tailored service within these key markets.
Key Leadership Appointments
Scott Seckel has been promoted to lead the Off-Highway Segment. With 17 years of experience at the company, most recently serving as a Key Account Manager, Seckel will leverage his industry knowledge to expand market share with traditional customers and cultivate new relationships.
Danielle Smith will lead the newly formed Consumer, Industrial & Government Segment. Having joined the company in June as a Key Account Manager, Smith brings over 19 years of experience in market development. Her focus will be on driving growth opportunities in these important sectors.
Denise Korbol joins the company as the new Sales Operations Director. Coming from Eaton, Korbol has extensive experience leading CRM implementations and margin expansion initiatives. She will be responsible for optimizing contract review and approval processes to maximize efficiency.
Commitment to Growth
These organizational changes are effective immediately and reflect the company’s commitment to innovation and customer focus. Mike Hawthorne, CEO of Waupaca Foundry, stated, “These strategic appointments reflect our commitment to better serve our existing customers and drive sustainable growth with new customers across new market segments.” He added that the new structure will strengthen the company’s industry position and ability to deliver best-in-class value.
