Apec Expands Braking Range With 49 New Parts

Apec has added 49 new products to its Apec Red and Apec Black braking ranges, spanning brake pad sets, calipers, cables, and discs. The UK aftermarket supplier said the expansion, rolled out this month, targets independent garages and automotive professionals. New Apec Red fitments include a rear brake pad set for the 2023-and-newer BMW iX2 and front calipers for the 2012–2015 Honda CR-V, while the Apec Black range gains a front brake disc for the 2020-and-newer Land Rover Defender.

What’s New in the Apec Red Range

The Apec Red additions span brake pad sets, calipers, and cables. Among the named applications are a rear brake pad set for the BMW iX2, front calipers for the Honda CR-V, and front calipers for the Vauxhall Mokka-e. According to Apec, the Red range is engineered and tested to meet or exceed OEM standards, covers 99% of vehicles in operation, and carries a 3-year/36,000-mile warranty.

What’s New in the Apec Black Range

The premium Apec Black range gains new high-performance brake discs, including a front disc for the Land Rover Defender. Apec positions the Black range for higher-performance and luxury applications and backs it with a lifetime guarantee.
