Announced on March 18, this figure reflects a 17% increase from 2023 and aligns with the 70th anniversary of its founding brand. The company also saw robust growth in international markets, with revenue hitting R$1.5 billion, up nearly 27% from the previous year. This milestone highlights Frasle Mobility’s strong performance in the auto parts replacement sector and its strategic global expansion.

- Fourth Quarter Boom: Revenue topped R$1.1 billion in Q4 2024, a nearly 50% jump year-on-year, bolstered by an adjusted EBITDA of R$217.0 million, up 121.6%.
- Profitability Rise: Annual adjusted EBITDA reached R$729.0 million, a 9.7% increase, with an EBITDA margin of 18.4%.
- Major Acquisition: The January 2025 acquisition of Dacomsa in Mexico is set to drive 40% growth and cement Frasle Mobility’s dominance in Latin America’s automotive aftermarket.
- Worldwide Reach: Operating in 12 countries with 12 plants and serving over 125 markets, the company offers more than 43,000 part numbers.
Frasle Mobility’s 2024 success reflects its balanced growth across domestic and international operations. The company strengthened its market share in key segments like friction materials, hydraulic components, and shock absorbers, meeting all 2024 Guidance projections. CEO Sérgio L. Carvalho noted, “Achieving another record result in the year in which we celebrate the 70th anniversary of the company`s pioneering brand is very symbolic.” He credited the company’s evolution into a global player with 20 brands and a focus on innovation.
The Dacomsa acquisition marks a pivotal step, enhancing Frasle Mobility’s leadership in Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina. Partnered with Randoncorp, the company drives innovation through ventures like the Randon Technological Center and NIONE, while supporting social initiatives via the Elisabetha Randon and Hercílio Randon Institutes.
