Robert Roos, President and CEO of The Pronto Network, framed the deal as complementary. “Together we will continue to advance solutions that align with our shared vision of empowering members, so they thrive in today’s rapidly changing marketplace,” Roos said.
Initial Focus Areas
The two organizations plan to prioritize several initiatives in the near term. These include expanding training programs and enhancing national account offerings. Additionally, the partnership will focus on strengthening supplier relationships and supporting the broader independent service ecosystem.
Worldpac’s Footprint
Worldpac distributes OE and aftermarket parts across more than 300 branches and eight distribution centers in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. The company covers more than 200,000 part numbers across 40-plus import and domestic vehicle lines. Its participation in The Pronto Network does not affect its existing role within Groupauto International.
