COMPACT BRAKES has introduced its latest innovation in brake technology, the Compact Primo Gen 2, featuring new safety and performance-enhancing features designed to improve driving control in all conditions.

COMPACT BRAKES continues its commitment to elevating safety standards for all drivers. The new Compact Primo Gen 2 was unveiled on August 24 at the Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park, drawing notable attention from industry representatives. Attendees were particularly impressed by the innovative Zero Water Adsorption Technology (ZWA), exclusively licensed to COMPACT BRAKES. This technology helps extend the brake pad‘s lifespan by providing exceptional resistance to moisture, thus reducing rust and corrosion.
In addition to moisture resistance, the Compact Primo Gen 2 includes Thermal Scorched Technology. This feature preps the brake pad for immediate performance by heating the surface during manufacturing, making it ready to use right after installation. Tested up to 600 degrees Celsius, the brake pads use a Premium Copper-Free Ceramic Formulation that meets stringent safety requirements for both United States and European standards, in line with upcoming 2025 regulations. This innovative formulation also minimizes black dust, keeps wheels clean, and reduces wear on the brake disc.
Another key feature is the Y Groove Technology, utilizing Y-shaped grooves in the brake disc to effectively channel away dust, water, and heat. This improves overall performance by enhancing brake cooling and responsiveness. Additionally, the Multilayer Anti-Squeal Shim Technology, which includes a three-layer shim plate sourced from Sweden, reduces noise and vibrations, resulting in a quieter and smoother braking experience.
Environmental considerations also play a role in the design of the Compact Primo Gen 2. The Clean Drive Formulation Design ensures that the production process is environmentally responsible, adhering to global safety and environmental standards.
The Compact Primo Gen 2 is available at leading auto parts retailers nationwide, including COCKPIT, AUTO1, Compact Premium Service Center, Diamond Service Center, and GRIP.
