New Top Management at Meneta Group

After 30 years at Meneta, Johnny Haakonsson resigns as Group CEO and hands over the management and development of Meneta’s companies to Kim Oestergaard.

At the age of 70, Johnny Haakonsson will step down on December 31, 2018. From the new year onward, Johnny Haakonsson will continue as adviser to the owners and as Chairman of the Board in Meneta’s Danish companies. 

As of January 1, 2019, Kim Oestergaard will take over as Group CEO of the Meneta Group while he continues as CEO of Meneta Advanced Shims Technology A/S – a position he has held since 2015. 

Meneta has established itself as a household name in the global brake industry and has since its beginning showed continuous growth.
