TORONTO – Keeping with its goal of becoming the leading provider of brake pads for electric (EV) and hybrid (HEV) vehicles, NRS Brakes has introduced an aftermarket-redesign and upgrade kit for the new Ford Mustang Mach-E.
The Mustang Mach-E re-engineered upgrade kit for the performance-oriented electric sport utility (SUV) includes:
● Brake pads which are galvanized for maximum protection against rust
● Brake pads which are mechanically attached with award-winning NRS Technology for longer life
● Noise-cancelling piston inserts for zero excess noise
● Greenest brake pads: no lead, copper, paints or VOCs – the only pads on the market that can make that claim
NRS EV galvanized brake pads are specifically engineered for hybrid and electric vehicles. The pads for the Mach-E are designed to eliminate the corrosive effects common to vehicles featuring regenerative braking. Such vehicles do not utilize their brake pads enough to adequately dissipate moisture which can result in corrosion.
Galvanized brake pads from NRS Brakes, like those for the Mustang Mach-E, do not corrode and thus will outlast any traditional painted brake pads, making them the most affordable option based on total cost of ownership over the life of the vehicle.
With advanced noise cancelling piston cushions and shims, NRS galvanized brake pads also keep EVs running quiet.
NRS pads have been recently recognized as one of the very best brake pads for 2021 by TopSpeed.com and AutoGuide.com.
