BARCELONA – GALFER, the leading Spanish motorcycle brake components manufacturer, is warming up its engines for the international motorcycle show EICMA, which will be held in Milan Nov. 5th-10th.

New releases will be presented by GALFER at EICMA in their stand located at Hall 22 S-41. The Spanish brand has chosen the most important international event in the world of motorcycles to launch the new CUBIQ disc a high-tech product. It is the result of the constant research and development work that aims to achieve the same success as the GALFER brand Disc Wave®, the flagship of the Spanish specialist in braking systems.

The new CUBIQ disc features an innovative hexagonal design of the braking surface and will offer better braking than a round disc with up to 40 percent weight reduction. The CUBIQ range will have fixed and floating discs especially designed for custom V-Twin models (Harley Davidson) and for several sporting 600cc sports motorcycles

In addition to the range of brake discs for the world of road and off-road wheels on display at the GALFER stand, the wide range of Racing brake pads in sintered metal compound, for both off-road (G1396R) and road (G1375R) that together with the Disc Wave® have helped teams and riders to win international competitions: MotoGP, WSBK, MXGP, and EnduroGP.

Galfer will also present the new KIT RWSX used and developed by our AMA Supercross riders during the 2019 season. The kit, offering the best Galfer technology in terms of performance and safety, is suitable for the off-road models of the main motorcycle manufacturers and includes a 280 mm grooved Wave® disc, a caliper spacer and a set of Sport Pads Racing G1396R.

The innovations do not stop at the world of two-wheeled motorcycles, in fact, at the Galfer stand, the latest news in the bike range will also be on display, first among all the new “Disc Wave®” with Center-Lock in sizes ø140mm, ø160mm for bikes road and in those ø160mm, ø180mm and ø203mm for Mountain Bikes. Available from February 2020.
