CLEVELAND, Ohio – First Brands Group, LLC (formerly TRICO Group), a global auto-parts producer, today announced the acquisition of Brake Parts Inc. (BPI), which includes the Raybestos® line of brake parts, and Champion Laboratories Inc., a filtration manufacturer.
