Cooperative Transition Between Manufacturers
Fritz Winter previously operated the Simpson County facility before transferring ownership to EJ. Both parties described the transaction as professional and constructive, with teams from each company working together throughout the process.
Henning Knipper, former Plant Manager of Fritz Winter North America, acknowledged confidence in the facility’s future under new ownership.
“We are confident that the facility is in excellent hands and wish EJ great success as they develop the site,” Knipper said.
EJ Eyes Growth and Innovation at New Site
EJ plans to establish new production activities at the Kentucky location, aligning the acquisition with its broader strategy for expansion and innovation in infrastructure access solutions.
Rich Brandell, Vice President and General Manager of EJ Americas, framed the move as a commitment to market leadership.
