FARROUPILHA, Brazil — The Randon Technology Center (CTR) processes and services qualifies for the ISO 45001:2018 certification, with the implementation of the occupational health and safety management system. The process was initiated in January 2020 and the final audit, which ensured compliance with regulatory requirements, took place on August 4. Thus, the CTR demonstrates the commitment to an occupational health and safety management system aimed at preventing work accidents and diseases.

To obtain the certificate, the team is responsible for the Management Systems of the Technological Center and Randon Companies, dedicated to mapping of the dangers and risks related to the processes, with identification and implementation of the necessary controls to reduce risks in the work environment. Workshops were held with workers and partners, where a new internal program was launched, called Now! – an acronym formed by the initials of the words “act,” “guarantee,” “guide,” “recognize” and “anticipate.”
