Carlisle Brake & Friction’s Suzhou facility has been awarded the Supplier Excellence Recognition (SER) Certification by Caterpillar Inc., marking a prestigious milestone in its global operations. This achievement places Carlisle’s Suzhou plant among an elite group of suppliers to have received this commendation since the SER program’s inception in 2022.
The SER Certification, introduced by Caterpillar to distinguish suppliers excelling in quality and operational performance, categorizes achievements into “Certified” and “Excellent” levels. Carlisle’s attainment of the Certified level underscores its commitment to maintaining superior quality standards and supporting Caterpillar’s strategic objectives for global expansion.

Among Caterpillar’s vast network of 27,000 suppliers, only 250 were selected for this honor, with Carlisle standing out as the sole friction products manufacturer worldwide to receive the certification.
