TERREPOWER, formerly known as BBB Industries, LLC, a global leader in sustainable manufacturing for the automotive and industrial sectors, has announced the appointment of Michael Boe as the new President of its Europe business unit. Effective May 1, 2025, Boe will oversee the company’s operations across Europe from his base in Zug, Switzerland.

Boe brings a wealth of experience to his new role. With over 30 years in the automotive aftermarket, he most recently served as Vice President & General Manager, Global Aftermarket at BorgWarner Emission, Thermal & Turbo Systems. There, he managed operations across multiple continents and led a global remanufacturing network. Before that, Boe held senior roles at Meritor, including Managing Director of the Commercial Vehicle Aftermarket business in EMEA and Sales Director for EMEA, where he boosted profitability and efficiency.
