TROY, Mich. Applus+IDIADA is offering a new testing tool: the Drag & DTV Portable, a brake drag torque and disc thickness variation measurement set developed, engineered, and assembled by IDIADA.
This is a compact vehicle brake testing set developed for use inside & outside the workshop and designed to allow measurements in a range of wheel dimensions.
The equipment is composed of two portable kits:
- The Drag Torque kit
- The Disc Thickness Variation kit (DTV)
When both kits work together, the solution acquires and visualizes the data live, reporting the results on site to facilitate the engineering work.
