Heavy Vehicle Applications Require Specialized Friction Materials
Vehicles such as commercial vans, pickup trucks, off-roaders, and performance SUVs generate significantly higher braking loads than standard passenger cars. These platforms frequently operate under demanding conditions including heavy payloads, trailer towing, off-road use, and high-performance driving.
The increased mass and operational demands place exceptional thermal and mechanical stress on brake systems, requiring friction materials specifically engineered for each application.
