Hayes Performance Systems, a global leader in manufacturing braking and suspension systems, proudly announces the recognition of its CEO and President, Phil Malliet, by Titan 100. For the second consecutive year, Malliet secures a spot among Wisconsin’s 100 most notable executives. Phil Malliet stood among other esteemed Wisconsin executives at the award ceremony held in Milwaukee on January 18. Reflecting the collaborative spirit at the core of his leadership philosophy, Malliet stated, “I’m honored to have received this honor from Titan 100 yet again. This success is only possible because of the team I’ve built around me, which I consider one of my greatest business successes.”

The evening event at the Fiserv Forum, which celebrated the achievements of the Titan honorees, was an occasion for Malliet to reflect on his and Hayes Performance Systems’ journey. He emphasized the company’s strategic adjustments over the past year, including the acquisition of ACI Industries, as pivotal for its continued growth. “Sometimes it is necessary to take a short-term hit for a mid-term benefit and long-term growth. Later this year and next, we will see the impact it has on the company,” Malliet remarked.
Criteria for Titan 100 Selection include being a C-Level executive in a Wisconsin-based company, with the company founded before 2021 and generating a minimum of $1MM in annual revenue. Above all, the nominees must demonstrate impactful contributions to their company’s progress through their leadership.
