Parts Authority Announces Leadership Transition

Parts Authority has announced that Randy Buller will transition into the role of Chairman effective March 3, 2025. Stepping into the position of CEO will be Clark Hale, a seasoned leader with extensive experience and a strong understanding of the company. Buller, who has been with Parts Authority since 1980, expressed excitement for this next chapter while reflecting on his 45-year journey with the company.

Key Highlights:

  • Randy Buller will assume the role of Chairman while remaining actively involved in the company.
  • Clark Hale will take over as CEO, leading the organization alongside the executive leadership team.
  • Parts Authority’s commitment to vendors and customers remains steadfast, with a strategic focus on trust, accountability, and long-term relationships.
  • The company has strengthened its supply chain leadership to ensure continued growth and service excellence.
  • Buller will maintain his office at Parts Authority’s New Hyde Park headquarters and continue working closely with the team.

Buller acknowledged that this transition marks the end of an era for him, having served as CEO since the early 1990s. He credited his long-time partners, Yaron Rosenthal, David Wotman, and Steve Yanofsky, for their unwavering support and leadership, highlighting their collaborative decision-making over the years. He also praised Parts Authority’s dedicated employees, recognizing their hard work and commitment to the company’s success.

Looking ahead, Buller emphasized that while he will continue to support the company, Clark Hale will be in the captain’s seat. Hale has served as a board member and has worked closely with the leadership team, making him well-equipped to guide Parts Authority’s future.

Buller reassured customers and vendors that the company’s mission remains unchanged—to be the best business partner by offering an unmatched combination of parts, brands, service, pricing, and commitment. He expressed confidence in Parts Authority’s continued growth and long-term success under Hale’s leadership.

As Parts Authority embarks on this new chapter, Buller looks forward to contributing in his new role and supporting the company’s ongoing mission.
