The following was the announcement by NUADI on its formation:
PAMPLONA, Spain – We are delighted to introduce NUADI, the continuation of a long and successful story of brakes technology. The organization will be independent of NUCAP Industries.
NUADI’s Chief Executive Officer is Jose Luis Ciordia, former vice president of European Operations for NUCAP Industries Europe.
Our entities were part of the NUCAP Group during the last decade, which meant a very successful cooperation with all our customers, suppliers and associates. We are thankful to NUCAP for this time and all the lessons that we learned together.
NUADI is now one independent group to better serve the brake industry in EMEIA, Asia Pacific and South América. The new company includes former NUCAP Europe in Spain and NUCAP Vehicle Components in China.
NUADI is born to ensure that friction and brake system companies get the support they need to efficiently run their operations, but also to bring innovation, develop new technologies, new products and new features to facilitate the next generation of brakes.
We will focus more than ever on transforming the brake industry, providing the best service, support, energy, involvement and continuous learning ability of all our team. This team is our key differentiation factor, from our press operators to our customer service, from our tooling designers to our quality technicians. All of us work together to strengthen the value that NUADI brings to all our customers.
Our range, agreements and main value proposition remains unchanged for now, though we will continue to actively search for improvements, that we hope the brake industry will realize in the short future.
