First Line Ltd. has introduced 52 new parts across its First Line and Borg & Beck product lines, extending coverage in drive shafts, steering and suspension, cooling, friction, hoses, and wheel bearings. The expansion reinforces the Banbury, England-based supplier’s push to keep pace with growing vehicle parc demands in the independent aftermarket.

Drive Shafts Anchor the Expansion
Transmission components account for the bulk of the release. The 35 new drive shafts are designed to improve availability across high-demand applications. Among them, the Borg & Beck BDS1942 targets the Citroën Berlingo, a popular light commercial platform in European markets.
Steering, Suspension, and Cooling
Five new steering and suspension parts include the FCA8215 suspension arm for Ford Tourneo and Transit models and the FTR6317 tie rod end for the BMW 7 Series. Both address common service requirements on high-volume platforms.
On the cooling side, the FTK600 thermostat kit covers Ford Focus, Kuga, Puma, and Transit engines. The FWP3101 water pump extends BMW application coverage across multiple model lines.
Friction and Brake Components
The Borg & Beck BBP2961 brake pads serve a broad OEM cross-section spanning Dacia, Mercedes, Nissan, and Renault models. A BBW1976 wheel cylinder for Toyota rounds out the friction category. The BBH9162 brake hose, also under the Borg & Beck brand, fits Renault Kangoo applications. First Line has continued to grow its friction range in successive quarterly updates throughout 2025.
Hoses and Wheel Bearings
A BTH1738 turbo hose for Seat and Volkswagen models joins four additional hoses in the release. The FBK1649 wheel bearing kit covers the Lexus GX and several Toyota platforms.
