Delphi expanded its aftermarket parts catalog significantly throughout 2025, adding more than 1,200 new part numbers across its steering and suspension, braking, engine management, fuel systems, and diagnostics product lines. The expansion includes first-to-market coverage for Chinese vehicle brands, light commercial vehicles, and electric vehicles.

Braking Portfolio Expansion
Delphi’s braking range added over 380 new part numbers in 2025. The expansion includes two accessory ranges and more than 75 first-to-market parts. Coverage now extends to:
- Chinese vehicle brands
- Light commercial vehicles
- Electric vehicles
- Premium European applications
Steering and Suspension Growth
The steering and suspension category received more than 450 new SKUs. Key product categories include:
- Tie rods
- Ball joints
- Control arms
- Wishbones
- Stabilizer links
Additional development is planned to support Chinese brands and broader portfolio expansion.
Engine Management and Electronics
Delphi launched 360 new sensors and related components in its engine management and electronics category. The additions strengthen coverage in emissions, safety, and powertrain systems, with growth in:
- Oxygen sensors
- Exhaust gas temperature sensors
- NOx sensors
- ABS sensors
- EGR valves
- Ignition coils
Fuel Systems and Diagnostics
The fuel systems range added 24 new SKUs, including heavy-duty common rail solutions with dedicated test plans for Euro 6 applications. The diagnostics and test equipment category received 25 new part numbers.
