Brembo Beyond EV Kit
Brembo has developed a braking solution tailored to the unique demands of battery electric vehicles. Because EVs utilize regenerative braking, their traditional friction brakes are used less frequently, which can lead to rust and affect safety. The Brembo Beyond EV Kit addresses this with a lightweight, silent, corrosion-resistant, and durable system.
The EV pads feature a special copper-free friction material and a galvanized backing plate to reduce dust and noise. The discs are treated with a special anti-corrosion coating on the braking surface. The second product in the family, the Brembo Beyond Greenance Kit, is an eco-friendly braking solution offering a combination of durability and performance while lowering environmental impact. This innovative, Euro 7-compliant kit significantly reduces particulate emissions.
‘Specifically engineered for light commercial vehicles and high-usage passenger cars, the Greenance Kit reduces PM10 and PM2.5 emissions by 80%.
