Brakes India, a TSF Group Company, aims to utilize the combined strengths of both organizations. The partnership prioritizes the commercial vehicle braking sector to generate enhanced value for customers and stakeholders.
TBK operates as a global automotive component manufacturer in the medium and heavy commercial vehicle (M&HCV) segment. The Japanese firm specializes in the production of brakes, pumps, and engine-related components.
Cross-Market Product Integration
This strategic opportunity introduces Brakes India’s hydraulic and pneumatic products into new export regions. It simultaneously opens avenues to extend TBK’s complementary product portfolio into the Indian domestic market.
Kaoru Ogata, President and CEO of TBK, noted that the companies will mutually complement their technological strengths. The joint effort aims to develop high value-added products and solutions for their respective markets.
