These appointments bring extensive technical expertise in brake product management and application engineering to the council’s leadership team. Executive Committee Appointments

Marc D’Alessandro serves as the director of product management at Winhere Brake Parts, Inc. He possesses over 15 years of experience in sales, technical support, and product development. His work focuses on strategic initiatives within the automotive aftermarket.

Alexandre Roman is the project management office and application engineering manager at Fras-le Mobility North America. He has spent more than 20 years specializing in friction materials and braking systems. His professional background includes engineering leadership roles in Brazil and China.
