Innovative Brake and Drive Solutions

AUMOVIO’s Green Electric Caliper stands out as an energy-saving innovation tailored for electric vehicles with large, narrow wheel rims. This hydraulic-fluid-free design is lighter than traditional calipers, extending vehicle range, cutting costs, and minimizing carbon emissions. It simplifies assembly for manufacturers, enhances flexibility in vehicle architectures, and supports sustainability goals.

The company is also highlighting its advanced corner module, a scalable, compact chassis unit that combines engine, brake system, steering, and suspension. This full-system integration meets standard passenger car requirements, featuring a 150-degree wheel-specific steering for superior maneuverability. Its complete by-wire architecture aligns perfectly with software-defined vehicles, maximizing drive efficiency and freeing up design space through a wheel-integrated drive and brake unit.

Advances in Autonomous and Connected Driving

AUMOVIO is pushing boundaries in assisted and automated driving with the Xelve system, a modular hardware-software solution optimized for Levels 2 to 4. This scalable platform caters to high-volume and premium vehicles, accelerating series production of functions like precise automated parking (Xelve Park), AI-supported human-like driving decisions (Xelve Drive), and Level 4 fallback solutions (Xelve Pilot). It ensures cost-efficiency and customization for diverse automotive needs.

Enhancing night-time safety, AUMOVIO’s AI-supported night vision camera uses in-house developed AI resolution to deliver superior image quality, crucial for self-driving evolution. Another standout is the Window Projection technology, which projects content onto vehicle side windows for intuitive user experiences. From outside, it displays charge levels for electric vehicles or personalized elements like sports team logos, powered by a mini projector, dimmable windows, and smart software.

For software-defined vehicles, AUMOVIO introduces an integrated “Road to Cloud” platform. This end-to-end infrastructure supports safe, innovative, and connected mobility, with scalable server zone architectures for all segments. It includes standardized operating systems, middleware, over-the-air updates, and cybersecurity, giving manufacturers maximum architectural flexibility.
