Randoncorp Achieves Record Revenue in 2024

Randoncorp concluded 2024 with a landmark achievement, posting a record-breaking consolidated net revenue of R$ 11.9 billion (approximately US$ 2 billion), a 9.4% increase from 2023. This milestone, the highest in the company’s 76-year history, was driven by robust growth in its OEM and replacement parts segments, alongside strategic international expansion. The company’s Adjusted EBITDA rose to R$ 1.6 billion (nearly US$ 277 million), up 6% from the prior year, maintaining a solid 14% margin. Key developments, including acquisitions and new factory operations, bolstered its performance, despite challenges in some sectors. The fourth quarter alone saw a 27.5% revenue surge to R$ 3.3 billion, fueled by strong foreign market sales. Additionally, Randoncorp announced a leadership transition, with CEO Sérgio L. Carvalho stepping down in September 2025, succeeded by President Daniel Randon.

Looking ahead, CFO Paulo Prignolato emphasized integrating new acquisitions for enhanced profitability.
