Meneta North America LLC has appointed Frank Oliveto as General Manager and Chris Caza as Technical Account Director to lead regional growth and technical support in the automotive brake industry.

Meneta North America LLC has appointed Frank Oliveto as General Manager and Chris Caza as Technical Account Director. These leadership changes, effective March 9, 2026, aim to support the company’s strategic direction and growth in the automotive market. Both individuals bring extensive industry experience to their respective roles.

Executive Leadership Changes

Frank Oliveto joins Meneta with a background spanning four decades in the brake industry. He has held various senior commercial and executive positions with major industry participants.

According to the company, Oliveto previously served as Chairman of the Brake Manufacturers Council. He currently holds positions as President and Board Advisor of the Friction Materials Standards Institute.

Oliveto has served as a consultant for Meneta for several years. This experience provided him with insight into the organization’s materials, operations, and strategic objectives.

Technical and Sales Oversight

Chris Caza will manage sales activities and customer support for the company’s shims and gasket kit materials portfolio. His role focuses on meeting the technical requirements of North American customers.

Caza previously held roles within the Meneta organization. This prior involvement provided him with specific product knowledge relevant to his new appointment as Technical Account Director.

The company stated that these appointments are intended to enhance support for its North American operations. Both executives officially commenced their new responsibilities earlier this month.
