Brembo has extended its technical partnership with Ferrari for 2026, continuing a collaboration that spans more than five decades. The agreement covers both Scuderia Ferrari HP in Formula 1 and Ferrari Hypercar competing in the FIA World Endurance Championship.

Expanded Scope Covers F1 and WEC Programs
Under the renewed agreement, Brembo will provide complete braking systems to Ferrari’s Formula 1 single-seaters and Hypercar entries. The supplier will deliver both hydraulic components and friction materials across both racing disciplines.
Ferrari launched its Hypercar program in the FIA WEC championship in 2023. The team secured the Constructors’ World Championship title in 2025, marking Ferrari’s first overall endurance racing victory in 53 years.

Mauro Piccoli, Chief Marketing Officer at Brembo, emphasized the strategic value of the partnership. He noted that endurance racing highlights reliability, consistency of performance, and efficiency—qualities central to Brembo’s braking system development philosophy.
Lorenzo Giorgetti, Chief Racing Revenue at Ferrari, described the renewal as a natural evolution of the historic collaboration. He cited a shared vision focused on innovation, performance, and reliability at the highest levels of motorsport.
Ferdinando Cannizzo, Head of Ferrari Endurance Race Cars, highlighted the technical demands of endurance competition. He stated that Brembo’s involvement enables development of braking solutions ensuring durability, safety, and performance under extreme and variable conditions.
