Mike Hawthorne Named CEO of Waupaca Foundry

Waupaca Foundry, a global leader in iron castings, has appointed Michael (Mike) Hawthorne as Chief Executive Officer. He succeeds Mike Nikolai, who departs after nine years as CEO and more than 30 years with the company.

  • Previously served as President & CEO at Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems and New York Air Brake.

  • Will focus on operational efficiency, innovation, and strengthening customer relationships.
  • Succeeds Mike Nikolai, who played a pivotal role in Waupaca Foundry’s growth.
