COPENHAGEN, Denmark – Meneta Composite Materials (MECM) has recently acquired the IATF16949:2016 certificate, a prestigious automotive quality standard acknowledged by the Bureau Veritas Group.
As the only standard universally recognized by leading automotive Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), MECM’s attainment of this certification underscores its commitment to quality and rigorous manufacturing standards.

The announcement coincides with the release of MECM’s new OEM-grade product, a strategic move anticipated to strengthen the company’s positioning in the global composite materials market.

MECM, a subsidiary of Meneta Group, specializes in the production of materials for vibration insulation, sealing, and acoustic markets. The company employs advanced liquid NBR-rubber technology, achieving very low tolerances with thicknesses ranging from +/- 10 µm to 120 µm.
