Ladley’s career encompasses critical roles in system integration, application engineering (caliper/EPB/rotor/pad), component validation, prototyping manufacturing, purchasing, friction engineering, and engineering sales. His diverse background equips him to contribute significantly to the BMC’s goals. “I am honored to join the Brake Manufacturers Council’s executive committee and work alongside such a talented group of industry professionals,” Ladley stated.
