About Fernando Bertoni

Fernando has been President & CEO at Util Group since October 2019, Fernando gained over 25 years of experience in leading global businesses, both in large industrial groups and in “private equity” owned companies.

During his career, Fernando has worked and lived in a number of countries around the world (Italy-France-United States-Brazil) highlighting his ability to understand global business dynamics, identifying strengths and weaknesses of organizations, and contributing significantly to the achievement of significant business results and the creation of shareholder’ value. Action and results-driven, Fernando is known for his passion for identifying, coaching, and developing human talent, as the key success factor in superior business performance.
