The 2025 Subaru Forester has been awarded the TOP SAFETY PICK+ by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS), highlighting its exceptional crash safety and advanced safety technology. This achievement underscores Subaru’s continued focus on delivering vehicles that meet the highest safety standards.

To earn the TOP SAFETY PICK+ award, vehicles must achieve “Good” ratings in the small overlap front, updated side impact, and moderate front crash tests. An “Acceptable” or “Good” pedestrian front crash prevention rating and headlights rated “Acceptable” or “Good” across all trims are also required.
