BPW, a prominent supplier of commercial vehicle components, has launched a completely overhauled web shop for spare parts dealers. Available since December 1st on the My BPW customer portal, this redesigned platform aims to make the ordering of commercial vehicle parts faster, more intuitive, and more secure. It features enhanced search functions and detailed product information, tailored to meet the needs of spare parts dealers.

The redesigned platform, which can be accessed by registered users at www.my.bpw.group, offers a user-friendly experience aimed at improving the overall efficiency of ordering parts. Matthias Stoof, Head of OES Aftermarket at BPW, emphasized, “Our aim was to make the ordering process for commercial vehicle spare parts as efficient as possible. We have worked closely with our trading partners to understand their specific needs and to implement them in practical solutions.”
A major feature of the new web shop is an extended search function that helps identify BPW genuine parts more quickly and accurately. The platform also provides comprehensive technical data for each product, including weight, ensuring dealers can confidently determine whether a part is both suitable and readily available.
Another new feature is the complementary product suggestions that display related items, such as the appropriate grease for a specific brake. This function aims to prevent mistakes, such as missing key parts or incorrect orders. BPW plans to further enhance the platform by adding practical features like watch lists for frequently ordered items and an order history function, which will simplify the purchasing process for regular customers.
The new platform not only provides access to BPW genuine spare parts, but also includes remanufactured brake calipers from the BPW Reman Line. Stoof adds, “We believe this tool will give our trading partners a real competitive edge. In an industry where every minute counts, our new web shop makes all the difference.”
