WEDNESBURY, U.K. – Exol Lubricants is continuing to supply products to customers around the globe and has successfully implemented social-distancing measures and a new delivery procedure offering reassurance before, during and after delivery, to ensure the safety of both staff and customers.
Sales, Operations, Technical, Marketing & Customer Service departments at Exol remain fully available to all customers and the new delivery process ensures operations can continue, while maximizing health and safety measures.
As a result of the new contactless delivery process, staff are maintaining the recommended two-meter social distance and are limiting all interaction with customers and their equipment to help keep customers safe.
Customers will no longer be asked to sign for their order and no paperwork will change hands, as once products have been delivered, drivers are completing any post-delivery paperwork, including the delivery note, on behalf of the customer.

“Customer and staff safety is of paramount importance, and we will continue to monitor the situation and put the appropriate procedures in place.”
