Delphi, a global aftermarket leader, has introduced over 2,000 new parts in the first half of 2024, expanding its product portfolio to cover more than 632 million vehicles worldwide. These new additions span various categories, including Braking, Steering and Suspension, Sensors, Gas Fuel Systems, Vehicle Electronics, and Diagnostics. Delphi has also surpassed its annual target for first-to-market launches in its Braking line.

In the first half of 2024, Delphi, a brand under PHINIA Inc., launched 2,161 new parts across various categories. This expansion covers 632 million vehicles globally, reinforcing Delphi’s commitment to innovation and market leadership. Notably, Delphi now boasts the widest range coverage for brake discs and rotors in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
Delphi’s Braking line saw 48 first-to-market launches across pads, discs, rotors, shoes, and drums, surpassing its previous year’s first-to-market launches by 35%. Globally, 696 new parts were added to Delphi’s Steering and Suspension line, while 602 new parts were introduced to its Sensors line.
In addition to these core components, Delphi invested in its Diagnostic line, releasing the new DS Software—Version 2024.00 in EMEA. This update includes on-board fuel consumption monitoring and expanded coverage for 25 new electric vehicle models. Delphi also added a Security Gateway for Iveco to enhance diagnostic capabilities.
