The Sales Director will be responsible for sales and expanding the European aftermarket business, with a strong focus on:
- Management of European customers and Sales growth
- New channel development and providing market intelligence and strategic planning
- Market expansion in Aftermarket and OEM/OES opportunities
- Participation in trade shows, customer events and customer visitation
- Report to Vice President of Sales at Winhere Headquarters in China
Candidate Required Experience
- 10+ years in automotive aftermarket (IAM) in Europe
- Proven track record in European sales roles
- Strong network with key distributors and industry players
- Experience working with Asian/China suppliers (preferred)
- Good teamwork and close communication with Headquarters
- Strong commercial negotiation skills
- Ability to operate independently and Results-driven
- Willing to travel across Europe
