Manufacturer Sales Representative – Fleet & First Responder (Outside Sales)

We are seeking a Manufacturer Sales Representative with a background in outside sales within the law enforcement automotive aftermarket, fleet and commercial account development to drive sales growth by promoting and selling the company’s products to end customers, fleet maintenance and operations providers and commercial fleets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territory or market segment
  • Present, demonstrate, and promote product lines to prospective clients
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics
  • Provide product knowledge, training, and support to customers and partners
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings as needed
  • Develop and maintain relationships within your customer base.

This is a field-based, uncapped quota-carrying role focused on new business development, territory expansion, and long-term account growth.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of outside sales or commercial account sales experience
  • Automotive aftermarket, fleet, or first responder equipment sales experience preferred
  • Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts
  • Comfortable with frequent field activity and travel
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
