FRIEDRICHSHAFEN, Germany — ZF Aftermarket was recently awarded “Supplier of the Year 2023″ by Groupauto International (GAI) at its annual Congress held in Istanbul. Securing the event’s most coveted award confirms its commitment to innovative solutions and strong customer service.
Philippe Colpron, Head of ZF Aftermarket, accepted the award and expressed his gratitude, saying, “We are humbled and honored to receive this award, and it highlights our continuous commitment to better serving our customers.

GAI, the international dealer network of spare parts and services for both passenger cars and commercial vehicles, grants the ‘Supplier of the Year‘ award annually to recognize outstanding performance among its supplier partners.
The votes that result in the award are based on business conducted within the GAI network at 15,734 points of sale in 109 countries.
Evaluation criteria include product and program quality, as well as business transactions of the suppliers with the individual members of the wholesale group. These transactions are assessed based on factors like availability, service level of delivery, technical support, marketing and sales support, and other services.
