BBB Industries, LLC Expands Executive Leadership Team

DAPHNE, AL – March 11, 2019 – BBB Industries, LLC has made significant changes to its senior leadership team, naming Michael Hansen as EVP & Chief Financial Officer and Ross Bratlee as EVP & Chief Transformation Officer, it was announced today by Duncan A. Gillis, Chief Executive Officer of BBB Industries LLC.

Following successful stints leading the finance and accounting functions at three private equity portfolio companies, Hansen brings deep financial acumen, relevant experience and energizing leadership to BBB Industries. He most recently served as chief financial officer at Cambium Networks, a technology-based fixed wireless broadband company spun off from Motorola. A native of South Africa, Hansen has also held executive financial positions at Verengo Solar, RAE Systems and Smith’s Plc.

Bratlee will transition from Chief Financial Officer into the newly created role of EVP & Chief Transformation Officer. In his new position, Bratlee will lead the integration efforts for the recent purchase of Remy Power Products North America and all future acquisitions. He will also co-lead the ongoing roll out of a new enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, focusing on the financial and accounting aspects of the system. Bratlee joined BBB in 2016 after serving as chief financial officer at API Heat Transfer and has also served in a variety of senior financial positions at Tomkins, Johns Manville, Reichhold Chemicals, Honeywell and General Electric.
