SINSHEIM-DÜHREN, Germany — Under the theme “Working for Your Safety,“ Otto Zimmermann GmbH will be presenting high-quality, automotive components for the aftermarket at Automechanika Frankfurt 2022.
The international trade audience will focus in particular on the precision brake-disc range manufactured in Germany. Carefully tested on in-house test benches the brake discs offer highest quality, reliability and safety. The Sinsheim brake experts will be in Hall 4 (4.0 E05).
Otto Zimmermann GmbH has been manufacturing high-quality automotive components for the aftermarket for over 60 years and is committed to safety on the world’s roads.
The product range comprises approximately 4,000 different brake components, which are sold through wholesalers and specialized dealers in more than 60 countries worldwide. The standard parts cover a very high percentage of current vehicle parc.
The company produces on state-of-the-art production lines in Germany and is particularly known for the high quality of its precision brake discs.
In the special product segment of compound brake discs, Zimmermann has more than 10 years of experience with the Formula:Z brake disc. The Formula:Z technology ensures free radial expansion of the friction ring under heat. This prevents shielding and improves braking performance.
Automechanika Frankfurt 2022 will showcase the latest high-tech models, pioneering new entries and current successful models for the road.

Small batches for specialized applications are pressed at Zimmermann’s in-house brake pad production facility in Sinsheim.
Additionally, this production line is used by Zimmermann staff to define and monitor product and quality parameters for its wide range of brake pads.
